I recently gave one of my followers a quick advice and tips on how to overcome the issue of sales not forthcoming in real estate business operation and it can be applied to other businesses as well.Any Real Estate Business is counted for a long term not short term. Whether, you are homeowner, investor, agent, lawyer, marketer or banker etc. So you must look at your long term goals and come up with plans or strategies to achieve them.
The issue of sales not forthcoming for months lies in your ability to look at Real Estate Business as long term. What you need are - CHWL
C - Consistency - If sales are not coming, keep pushing and never give up.
HW - Hard Working - Motivate yourself, do not look at Real Estate as a place to get quick money, find passion in it first.
L or T - Learning or Training - Learning is the key, keep upgrading yourself, do research about what your potential clients need, where to find them, what to give them, strategies to attract them to you and how you can find SOLUTIONS.. Very potential buyer or investor is looking SOLUTION.
